The new beer on tap that day is The Old Grey Brewery's Tarumae Steam. Listed as a Steam Lager with 5.0% ABV, it is described as an amber-colored beer inspired by Mount Tarumae in Hokkaido. Brewed at a fermentation temperature higher than usual, it is a glass that lets you enjoy the presence of American hops.
