Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand, open as usual on 4/12 with 10 taps
Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Honkomagome, Tokyo will be open as usual from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, 4/12. Ten Japanese craft beers will be on tap, including Kohatu Pale Ale, Yuzu Sour Saison, Kurohitsuji no Ale, and Kurotobi #4.
The brewpub "Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand" in Honkomagome, Tokyo will hold regular hours on 4/12 (Sun) 15:00-22:00. It keeps its Wednesday closing-day schedule, serves only Japanese craft beer inside, and offers a casual food lineup centered on Kaki-Bee and dagashi snacks.
The tap list for the day has 10 beers. There is the hop-forward Kohatu Pale Ale, the limited-quantity DH Red Ale, the dry-hop-driven Sauvin Belgo Brut, the crisp Ryusui Soso / Italian Pilsner, and the citrusy Yuzu Sour Saison, giving the lineup a wide range of styles.
In addition, Black IPA a.k.a. Kurohitsuji no Ale and Belgian Hazy IPA a.k.a. Shirohitsuji no Ale are listed as collaborations with Sanriku Beer. Also on tap are Komagome Brown, Komagome Best Bitter, and Kurotobi #4 / Belgian Stout, making for a playful, brewpub-style assortment.
There is also a booth at GO OUT JAMBOREE outside the shop, but the taproom will operate as usual. Even between event appearances, it looks like a day when you can sit down in Komagome and steadily work through a few glasses. Rather than flashy limited releases, it's a day suited to calmly comparing styles and enjoying Hinomoto's thoughtful lineup.
