On July 25, Okei Brewery Nippori showed a 12-tap lineup. The house beers included `Arakawa Hazy Under Bridge`, `Transit Inn`, `Helles`, `OKEI IPA`, `Hyuganatsu Splash`, `Nippori Kölsch`, `Steam Ale`, `Ultra Arakawa Hazy Under the Bridge`, and `Megante`. Guest beers were `BLUES` from REPUBREW, `Majonoodekakestout` from Otamabrewing, and `Monster Gold ver 6.0` from Black Tide Brewing.

The mix points clearly in several directions: hazy, hop-forward pours on one side; clean lager-like beers such as Helles and Kölsch on another; and a citrus-leaning seasonal beer in the lineup as well. That makes the pub a place where a drinker can move across styles in one visit instead of settling into a single lane.

The post also highlighted a substantial food menu. It ranged from chilled tomatoes with myoga and shirasu, to asparagus with anchovy mayo, spring rolls, roasted eggplant with beef tendon meat sauce, wagyu tagliata, basil genovese pasta, caramelized figs with vanilla ice cream, and peach sorbet. In other words, the beer list is paired with dishes that can work from snacks to a fuller meal.

Okei Brewery Nippori is a brewpub in Higashi-Nippori, Arakawa Ward, Tokyo. Its appeal is straightforward: house-brewed beer at the center, guest taps as accents, and enough variety on the board to make comparative tasting part of the experience.
