BEER OLYN, a beer pub in Kagurazaka, has received short cans from Portland's Von Ebert Brewing. The beers featured this time are Sector 7, a hazy IPA, and Reverse Math, a West Coast IPA. Both are satisfying beers with clearly defined hop character.

The Two Newly Arrived Beers

- Sector 7 is a Hazy IPA brewed with Sultana, Citra, and Idaho 7. It is characterized by juicy aromas reminiscent of ripe pineapple, ruby grapefruit, and green melon, making it a good choice for those who want to enjoy a rich, fruity profile.
- Reverse Math is a West Coast IPA centered on Columbus Cryo and Krush Cryo. It is designed with a crisp mouthfeel, vivid hop aroma, clean bitterness, and a dry finish layered together, making it a strong fit for drinkers looking for a sharp, refreshing edge.

Tap Lineup for the Day

In addition to the short cans, the tap selection at the bar is also extensive. On offer are BEER AGAIN "Dageki Pilsner," UCHU "TITAN," RIKRI "DOGGG RACE," nomcraft "Buffalo Bandit," SOMA "Diesel," Kanpai! "Berry Berry Saka," Taifuzozu "Yoso" and "Kino-me," and Tekikaka Cider "Tekikaka Cider Lychee," creating a lineup that lets you take in styles ranging from pilsner and hazy beers to American IPA, smoothie sour, and cider all at once.

BEER OLYN is a beer pub on the third floor of DEAR Kagurazaka in Yarai-cho, Shinjuku City. In the calm Kagurazaka area, the appeal is being able to compare beers from both taps and cans. It is open on Tuesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., making it an ideal stop after work for slowly comparing beers with different hop profiles.
