KARAKURI -Craft Beer & Oden & Sake- in Kanda-Kajicho, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, announced its operating details for Monday, April 6.

On this day, the shop will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Food last order is 10:00 p.m., some items such as fried dishes have a 9:30 p.m. last order, and drinks last order is 10:30 p.m. True to its style as a place specializing in craft beer, sake, and natural wine, while serving creative dishes centered on oden, it offers a format where guests can enjoy drinks and food together.

On the craft beer side, in addition to a restock of bottled beer, there are also new arrivals, further strengthening the Minoh Beer lineup. The three announced arrivals are "Session Black IPA," "Sarayama Shikao," and "Rockin' Osaru IPA," all of which are lineup staples and popular labels worth keeping an eye on at the shop.

The sake menu also now includes Hoken Sake Brewery's "Hoken Junmai Ginjo Hattan Nishiki Kasumi-zake." The lightly cloudy kasumi nama is said to have returned for the first time in five years, and it is being introduced as featuring a gentle ginjo aroma, the umami of rice, and the freshness of new sake.

The interior has an izakaya-style atmosphere with an attached bottle shop. In addition to takeout bottles and cans, it also offers draft beer, sake, and wine by the measure. As a place that makes it easy to build a drinking plan from the first round to the final stop in Kanda, this visit also looks like one where both beer and food pairings will be enjoyable.
