AMEKAZE TACHIKAWA, in Tachikawa, Tokyo, announced the arrival of guest beers in an Instagram post on April 4. The post grouped together "new arrivals and beers back after a while," showing a wide lineup in both bottles and cans.
The standout is PIRONO BEER's dark lager Kuroro. Also from PIRONO BEER were Helles, Saison, sinne, and Kokyuu, making it a lineup that invites side-by-side tasting. VERTERE brought Lupulus Eugenia. From Hansharo Beer came New World Kölsch, New World Kölsch Hoppy, and IRON BURTON, while REPUBREW offered CAMPAI HAZY, Waka IPA, ONIX BRUT IPA, FONIO-BEER, and HEARTS UP IPA 60. Also confirmed were BREWDOG's Counter Strike and Double Hazy Jane, THORNBRIDGE's HAZY JAIPUR, KILL YOUR DARLINGS, and From the Union, plus HARVIESTOUN's Old Engine Oil.
As you would expect from a Tachikawa beer pub, the selection covers lager, Kölsch, IPA, hazy, and stout, making it easy to pick a pint that fits your mood that day. It's a fun lineup of guest beers, suited both to a light drink in a glass and to comparing a few different pours.
