BAMBOO 4 Taps Uchu Brewing’s KYOMEI Alongside Eight Craft Beers
BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican in Yokohama’s Noge district will tap Uchu Brewing’s KYOMEI on September 23, 2026. The new West Coast IPA will join a rotating lineup of eight beers, paired with tacos and Mexican food.
BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican, a beer pub in Hanazaki-cho, Yokohama, will feature one new tap on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The posted opening hours for the day are 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
The highlight is KYOMEI from Uchu Brewing. Brewed in collaboration with Oregon hop grower Coleman Hops, the beer is a 7.0% ABV West Coast IPA made exclusively with hops grown by Coleman Hops. The tap announcement describes bright grapefruit and lime-like citrus notes, complemented by a white-grape fruitiness and expressive hop character.
The eight-beer tap list also includes TATAKAU ~導かれしホップ達~ and 《劇場版》お猫は苦いよ~私の愛したフラミンゴ~ from NEKO BEER; Port of Cheers from OTAMA BREWING; Sunny B Feat. Tominaga Bond from B.M.B BREWERY; Taco Time Lime from West Coast Brewing; GREEN NEBULA from Uchu Brewing; and LAGOON from GORA BREWERY.
BAMBOO 4 combines craft beer with Mexican food in Yokohama’s Noge area. The day’s taco selection includes jerk chicken, juicy chicken, carnitas, shrimp, vegetable, and chorizo. Guests can pair the hop-forward beers with tacos featuring grilled meats, seafood, vegetables, and spice.
