Located a three-minute walk from Koshigaya Station, Nomend Brew Stand announced a cherry blossom viewing party as its spring outdoor event. In an Instagram post, the brewery described the gathering as the "last chance", indicating plans to meet around Moto-Arakawa between Koshigaya and Kita-Koshigaya.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, April 5, from around 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The fee is 4,000 yen, which includes snacks and all-you-can-drink beer. Children may մասնակցate for 1,000 yen. Those interested are asked to contact the brewery via message.

The post says the event will go ahead if it does not rain, and that attendees will be informed around 10:00 a.m. on the day whether it will be held or canceled. Although it is a last-minute event, it is being positioned as a chance to enjoy craft beer by the river during cherry blossom season.

Nomend Brew Stand says on its official website that it obtained its brewing license in January 2024 and became Koshigaya City's first brewery. While operating as a craft beer specialty shop, it also offers takeout, and its hallmark is a style that stays close to everyday life in the local community. This latest plan is also being received as a local event that extends that approach.

At a time when some blossoms may still remain, opportunities to enjoy the shop's beer outdoors are not common. Whether it will be held depends on the weather that day, but it is likely to be an appealing announcement for anyone hoping to enjoy a spring drink around Koshigaya.
