Fukuoka's Hinosato Brewery began selling "Musubeer" as its final beer of 2025. The announcement was posted at 17:03 on December 26, 2025, on the brewery's official Instagram account.

According to the post, this release has two main highlights. The first is the new rice harvest from Oshima in Munakata, called "Darenimo Yaran Mai". The brewery says it was involved in creating the rice fields itself, and describes the ingredient as having a notably strong sweetness. The second is "Oshima salt". It is a seawater salt made by drawing up seawater and boiling it down in a flat pan, with the aim of achieving a mineral-rich taste that is not overly salty.

In addition, the base uses 100% malt from Munakata. The core idea behind this beer is to support these distinctive ingredients, rice and salt, while bringing out the best in each of them.

The name "Musubeer" is said to express gratitude for the connections made with the people the brewery met in 2025. The brewery also added a message encouraging people to enjoy it with someone important, especially during a season when reunions become more frequent around the year-end and New Year holidays.

By bringing together local ingredients and human connections into a single label, "Musubeer" looks like a clear new release that showcases Hinosato Brewery's local-first philosophy.
