Yoitori in Tokushima Introduces a Five-Beer Craft Tasting Set
T.S.Brewery・Yakitori Sakagura Yoitori, a brewpub located one minute from Tokushima Station, is highlighting a five-beer tasting set featuring three signature beers and two seasonal specials. The beers can be paired with Awaodori chicken yakitori and Tokushima-style fish and chips.
T.S.Brewery・Yakitori Sakagura Yoitori, located on the basement level of Clement Plaza at Tokushima Station, has introduced a tasting set featuring five craft beers. The restaurant is presented as open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is just a one-minute walk from the station.
The set combines three signature beers with two seasonal selections. Pale Ale is described as citrusy and smooth, while Sudachi Honey offers a fruity profile with local sudachi citrus. Stout brings a rich, roasted aroma. The two seasonal beers are listed simply as “Seasonal Special ①” and “Seasonal Special ②,” so guests will need to check the current offerings at the restaurant.
Recommended pairings include Awaodori chicken yakitori served with either salt or sauce, as well as Tokushima local fish and chips battered with the brewpub’s craft beer. Yoitori specializes in charcoal-grilled Awaodori chicken and also serves chicken from Kagoshima, cooking each skewer to order. The smoky, freshly grilled flavors make a natural match for the range of beer styles.
With curtained counter seats and enclosed table seating, the restaurant is designed to be comfortable for solo visitors as well as groups. Its station-connected location makes it suitable for a lunchtime beer, a casual tasting flight, or a full meal built around yakitori and local craft beer.
