Elhori, a beer pub in Kameari, Tokyo focused on domestic craft beer and tacos, introduced a guest lineup from NOMCRAFT Brewing of Aridagawa, Wakayama, in an August 18 post. The shop noted that it still had more beer available and listed four beers from left to right.
The first is Berliner Weisse, priced at ¥1,080 and described as Elhori's first time carrying the style. The post explains it as a wheat beer with lactic acidity, a tart profile that fits the classic sour-wheat category. Next comes Chikichiki Boom, labeled a Juicy Weizen and priced at ¥1,180. The same lineup also includes Wonder: Mosaic, an IPA at ¥1,180, and Brave Rabbit Vol.2, a DDH Hazy IPA at ¥1,230.
The result is a compact but varied guest tap list. Drinkers can move from bright sour wheat beer to fuller wheat character, then into hop-forward IPA and hazy IPA territory. For a bar built around tacos and Japanese craft beer, it is a straightforward, style-driven selection that should be easy to pair with food and easy to compare across pours.
