Mingel to Host Mashiko Beer Trail Across Four Venues on October 10–11
Mingel, a farmhouse beer and bread producer in Mashiko, Tochigi, has announced the venue map and vendor lineup for Mashiko Beer Trail. Held across four locations on October 10 and 11, the event will bring together nine breweries alongside local food, ceramics, clothing, and books.

Mingel has announced the details of Mashiko Beer Trail, a craft beer event taking place in Mashiko, Tochigi, on October 10 and 11, 2026. The event will run from 11:00 to 17:00 on both days.
The trail will connect four venues: Starnet Zone, Kominegama／nagi, Mingel Farmhouse beer&bread, and Tsukamoto Hontaku. Located within roughly a one-kilometer area, the venues are designed to be explored on foot, allowing visitors to enjoy beer while taking in Mashiko’s streets and autumn atmosphere.
Nine breweries from inside and outside Tochigi are scheduled to participate. Alongside local host Mingel, the lineup includes Blue Magic from Utsunomiya and Pirono Beer from Koriyama. With different brewers appearing at each venue, the event offers an opportunity to compare a broad range of approaches and beer styles in one walkable area.
The program extends beyond beer. Sixteen food and retail vendors are planned, including people book store from Tsukuba, mews used clothing from Utsunomiya, okonomiyaki restaurant ARIGATO from Moka, and Zofan Chii from Mashiko. Ceramics, food, clothing, and books will share space with the beer, reflecting the town’s wider creative culture.
Mingel operates as a farmhouse beer and bread shop in Mashiko. Opened in 2024, the brewery has worked with local ingredients such as Yawata wheat grown in Mashiko, yuzu, and strawberries. Its concept connects two fermentation-based foods—bread and beer—with Mashiko’s identity as a town known for pottery and craft.
Mashiko Beer Trail is therefore positioned as more than a brewery gathering. It is a chance to walk between venues, meet different brewers, and experience the food, craft, and everyday character of Mashiko along the way.
