The highlight is umbrella RiB, a collaboration by Eagre Brewery in Hyogo, M&A, and umbrella. Listed as West Coast IPA w/Kinkan, the beer is 8.0% ABV and combines a hop-forward West Coast IPA profile with the character of kinkan citrus.
The second new keg is Daylong from Nara Brewing, listed as a 5.0% German Pilsner. Its clean, refreshing profile offers a lighter counterpoint to the stronger IPA.
The day’s tap list also features Minoh Beer’s Weiss IPA, served as a Wheat IPA, alongside Draught Guinness from Ireland and Kirin Lager from Kirin Brewery.
