BAMBOO 4 on Sunday, 4/5, Opens 4 New Beers on Tap

The beer pub "BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican" in Noge, Yokohama, announced its lineup for Sunday, April 5. Business hours are 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and the day features a total of 8 taps, including 4 new ones. The range of styles is broad, making it easy to build a session from the first pour through a tasting comparison.

The new taps are The North Ace / FILL BREWING, Banana Kick / NOMCRAFT BREWING x Seoul Brewery, Kumophilia / Totopia Brewery × Cloudwater Brew Co., and Nostalgia / Barbaric WORKS. From Northern IPA and Banana Weizen to DDH Hazy TIPA and American Pilsner, the lineup clearly spans different directions, from expressive aromas to a crisp drinking impression.

The existing taps are WILY FOX / Gangi Brewing, Nuvoru / Novoru Brewing, Usurai / Hotarubi Brewing, and Rustic Saison / Mugi Zakkoku Kobo. It includes not only flashy limited releases, but also more settled, easy-to-sip beers that invite lingering at the table, making the flow of the evening easy to shape.

On the food side, tortillas for tacos, arroz rojo for burritos, Mexican potato salad, and salsa & chips with ripe Taiwanese pineapple are available. It makes it easy to complete a meal on the spot alongside craft beer. The operation takes advantage of Noge's casual feel and the compatibility with Mexican food.

It is an easy-to-use day for people who want to drink beer seriously as well as those who just want a light drink with a meal. It brings together a BAMBOO 4-style lineup centered on beer and tacos.
