TBE Brewing, a beer pub in Ebisu, Tokyo, shared its Aug. 3 keg lineup in an Instagram post. The bar framed the evening as a late-summer session in Ebisu and noted that some kegs were already running low, making the post a useful snapshot of what was pouring at the time.

The lineup includes ろまんちっく村's “Tochigi Berry Berry Sour,” Shiga Kogen Beer's “Yuru Buru Spelt,” “Snow Monkey IPA Orange ver.,” and “Sono Ju No.10 IPA,” CRAK Brewery's “Mundaka,” Hino Brewing's “Zuttoyare IPA” and “Dontoyare IPA,” Minoh Beer's “Osaru IPA” and “Coffee IPA,” and Kunitachi Brewery's “Transit.” The post also points to a next tap from Ushiku Brewing, “Gohobi.”

That range gives the bar a clear rhythm. A sour, a spelt beer, an orange-edition IPA, and a coffee IPA make it easy to start light and move toward hop-forward pours as the night goes on. With some kegs running low, anyone chasing a specific beer would likely want to arrive early.

Food is part of the draw as well. TBE Brewing listed sashimi, grape beef shoulder steak, vegetable ajillo, house-made chashu, chicken sasami cutlet with shiso and plum, fried green peppers, and mussels with tomato and celery oil pasta. For beer fans, that means the bar is not only about checking off a tap list; it is also a place to pair each pour with a plate that fits the moment.
