The lineup consists of "Double Kimchi," a collaboration between West Coast Brewing and White Crow Brewing; West Coast Brewing's "The Technician"; and "No Ketchup," a cross-collaboration between West Coast Brewing and Hop Butcher For The World. Each has a distinct character, and the styles span West Coast Double IPA, Funky Kettle Sour, and Hazy Double IPA.
In particular, "Double Kimchi" is an 8.5% ABV West Coast Double IPA brewed with Citra CRYO, El Dorado, and Motueka; "The Technician" is a 5.5% Funky Kettle Sour; and "No Ketchup" is a 7.5% Hazy Double IPA. For beer fans, it is a lineup that lets you compare IPA, sour, and hazy styles all at once.
The post also announced three curries as "today's curry": pork vindaloo, aloo gobi chicken, and braised pork soy-sauce rice. On weekdays it opens for lunch at 12:00, and on weekends it runs from 12:00 until the last order at 22:00, making it easy to use for anything from daytime drinking to an evening pint.
