BEER NOVA (Urawa Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) will be open Sunday, April 12 from 11:30 to 22:00. Last orders are 21:15 for food and 21:30 for drinks.

The highlight of the day is Huyghe Brewery's newly tapped "Guillotine." Brewed to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution, it is introduced as a golden ale with a perfect balance of fruity aroma, spicy aroma, and citrus bitterness. In the post, it was presented in the context of doing a "warm-up" drink at BEER NOVA before the Belgian Beer Weekend, which will be held April 16-19 at Nire-no-ki Plaza in Hibiya Park.

The draft lineup is broad, with Little House Brewing's "Tintype" and "Sleepy Boy," Repubrew's "Hon Nama," "WILD FUNKYARD CHERRY," "GOLDEN SLUMBERS," "69IPA," "A Drop of Sake, a Drop of Blood," "SABURO SESSION HAZY IPA," and "Wa no Nigori IPA," plus COEDO's "Kawagoe Beer," "Marihana," and "Sake Beer," and VERTERE's "Tilia."

Also on offer from "Made in Urawa! U.B.P BREWERY" are "Lala Kölsch," "Iroha," "Raspberry Light," "THE HOME & AWAY CS GOSE," "Woo-hoo!," "URAWA CITY ALE," "Meia-Lua," "Beer All Light," "Step Over," "Scissors," "Hazy Celebration," and "Shadow." There is also draft fermented ginger ale "Akki Kofuku," so you can choose something other than beer.

As befits a Urawa beer pub, it is a place to enjoy side-by-side tastings with food. Business hours are Monday through Thursday 16:00-23:00, Friday 16:00-24:00, Saturday 11:30-23:00, and Sunday and holidays 11:30-22:00.
