BEER OTAKU SPICE, a beer pub at 1-8-5 Taito in Tokyo’s Taito Ward, shared its latest service and guest-beer update.

According to the post, lunch runs from 11:30 to 14:00 last order, while dinner is served from 17:00 to 23:00 last order. On the food side, the shop is serving chicken and tuna biryani, along with lunch-only mazesoba. The lineup fits the venue’s style well: spice-driven dishes that work naturally alongside craft beer.

The guest beer for the day is BA Shadowplay2025 from Isekadoya Beer. It is described as a coffee-infused bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout, and the post says it is being connected for the third time this year. With bourbon-barrel char, a firm roast character, and coffee-chocolate depth, it sounds like a rich, layered stout that can stand up to the restaurant’s aromatic food.

That combination of biryani, mazesoba, and a full-bodied barrel-aged stout makes this a straightforward but appealing stop for drinkers who want both a proper meal and a serious beer in the same visit.
