Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand lines up seven beers on Aug. 2
The Honkomagome brewpub will open on Sunday, Aug. 2, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Its latest tap list highlights seven house beers, ranging from Sauvin Belgo and Ryusui Soso #2 to Kurotobi #4.
On Sunday, Aug. 2, Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Honkomagome announced regular service from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. The post says kegging work was still in progress, but the venue was set to welcome guests with Komagome local beer.
The tap list shown in the post includes seven beers:
- Sauvin Belgo / American Belgo Style Ale, 6%
- Ryusui Soso #2 / Italian Pilsner, 5.5%
- Mashup IPA Ekuanot / Belgian IPA, 6.5%
- Rolling Lolly / American IPA, 7.5%
- Pineapple Gose / Gose Style with pineapple, 5%
- Komagome Best Bitter / English Best Bitter, 4.5%
- Kurotobi #4 / Belgian Stout, 7%
The range runs from hop-forward Belgian and American IPA territory to pilsner, gose, bitter, and stout, so it works well for a slow tasting session rather than a single-style stop. As a brewpub built around its own beer, Hinomoto’s changing tap list is part of the appeal.
The venue is in Bunkyo, Tokyo. Regular hours are 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends and holidays, with Wednesdays closed.
