Craft Beer 2mugi, located in Kanda-Izumicho, Tokyo, continues to post a tap list that mixes fresh kegs with bottle-shop arrivals. In its July 15 update, the pub highlighted six draft beers on tap and a separate Finback Brewery can drop.

Today's taps

- TAP1: Shiokaze Brewing "Kaka Shinshin" (Coffee Stout)
- TAP2: Baird Beer "Cool Breeze Pils" (Pilsner), opening soon
- TAP3: Yorocco Beer "All you need is flower" (Chamomile Saison)
- TAP4: Baeren Bier "Schwarz" (Schwarzbier), running low
- TAP5: Noroshi Brewing "Noroshi IPA" (Juicy IPA), newly tapped
- TAP6: CAVE D'OCCI "Linger" (Sour IPA)

The featured addition is Noroshi IPA on TAP5. The pub notes that it comes from Noroshi Brewing ahead of a tap takeover next weekend, and describes it as a juicy, hop-forward IPA. TAP2's Cool Breeze Pils is a clean pilsner from Baird Beer in Shizuoka and will be tapped as soon as it arrives. TAP4's Schwarz is down to the last pours, after which the line will move to "Cereal Weizen" from Mugi Zakkoku Kobo.

For food, the recommendation is fresh inada sashimi, a lean, flavorful cut of young yellowtail. It should pair comfortably with the juicy IPA on TAP5 or the chamomile saison on TAP3.

Bottle shop

The bottle shop also received nine cans from Finback Brewery in New York. The post does not name each can, but it points to a broad mix that includes house staples and hazy styles, adding another reason to check the shelves alongside the draft lineup.

With hours from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., the pub remains an easy stop for anyone tracking fresh kegs and limited bottle-shop arrivals in Akihabara.
