Sunao Brewery Publishes April Operating Schedule: Birthday Celebration and Spring Event in Yokote
Sunao Brewery in Yokote, Akita Prefecture, has released its April operating schedule and event information. The taproom will host a birthday celebration starting April 3, and at the end of the month it will also set up at the Spring Beer Festival in front of Akita Station.

In an Instagram post, the brewery announced that it will hold "Birthday Festival 2026" at the shop from April 3 to 5, as a joint birthday celebration with hop farmer Mitosan. In addition to brewing a special beer made with Saitama sweets and Akita corn, last year’s birthday beer is also scheduled to appear after one year of aging.
From April 29 to May 10, the brewery is also planning to participate in the "Spring Beer Festival" in front of Akita Station. The venue will be Agora Square, and the shop will be closed during the event period. Starting in April, weekday business will resume: Wednesday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays will remain closed.
Sunao Brewery is a craft brewery based in Yokote, Akita Prefecture, and on its official website it promotes a philosophy of being "kind to nature, kind to people." It began taproom operations in February 2024, and this time, through both in-store events and local events, it is continuing its effort to deliver beer from Yokote.
