In the beer pub Grau Craft beer bar, located in Nema, Fujimino City, Saitama Prefecture, information has been posted about the second round of its anniversary event. The in-house lineup is built around pairing beer and food, giving beer lovers a selection they can take their time comparing.
The food prepared as the chef's special is a charcuterie platter for 3,000 yen. There were many reservations, but at the time of posting only six servings remained. Guests coming just for beer are also welcome, and regular menu service is available. In addition, a sparkling sticker gift for every beer and stamp card perks are also prepared.

Among them, the standout is the lavishly lemon-forward "Lemon Kölsch." In the post, it is introduced as a Kölsch made with pesticide-free lemons from Daikokuya, a farmer in Nerima, and it is said to finish with a refreshing aroma, a pleasant acidity, and a subtle bitterness from the peel that tightens the aftertaste. With a drier-than-usual finish, it is a glass that suits the warming season.
While the anniversary event features many collaboration beers, the appeal of the day is the broad lineup, from Double IPA, Hazy IPA, pils, tea beer, Rauchbier, and smoothie sour to the upcoming Dark Mild Ale and West Coast IPA. Even drinkers with different preferences should be able to find a beer that catches their attention.
