From the hop-forward NZ pale ale to a dry-hopped saison, a yuzu-infused sour saison, a Belgian-style hazy IPA, and a stout, the range of flavors is quite broad. Beers that carry the shop name or neighborhood name, such as Komagome Brown and Komagome Best Bitter, also reflect the local character that defines this place.
As a beer stand in a residential neighborhood of Honkomagome, one of Hinomoto Brewing's charms is that it is easy to drop by for just one drink without any fuss. The food is light, but the setup lets you focus squarely on the beer itself, making this the kind of service information that makes you want to visit for the tap list alone.
