BEER OLYN Adds Two New Canadian IPAs: April 1 Tap List Update
The Kagurazaka beer pub BEER OLYN updated its tap list on April 1. Two beers from Canada's Dieu Du Ciel!, "Moralité" and "Petite Morale," arrived, and taps from Kyoto Brewing, NOVORU, VATTEN, and others also lined up.
Near Kagurazaka Station, the beer pub "BEER OLYN" on the 3rd floor of DEAR Kagurazaka updated its tap list in an Instagram post on April 1. With a style centered on always having more than 150 kinds of bottles and more than 10 taps on hand, the standout point that day was the arrival of two Canadian IPAs.
Two New Arrivals
- Moralité / American IPA - Dieu Du Ciel!
A beer made with Simcoe, Citra, and Centennial hops. Tropical fruit and resin-like aromas are layered with firm bitterness and a dry finish.
- Petite Morale / IPA - Dieu Du Ciel!
A low-ABV IPA at 5.1%. With melon, papaya, and citrus aromas, it stands out for having real substance beyond just lightness.
The Day's Taps
- Kyoto Brewing - Orion / TDH West Coast DIPA
- NOVORU - musubu / Belgian Blonde
- VATTEN - OFF SIDE / Light Lager
- Kanpai! - Yureizaka Hazy IPA / Hazy IPA
- Dieu Du Ciel! - Sentinelle / Kölsch
- Hetty Alice - Big Fog / DDH Hazy DIPA
- Tekikaka Cider - Tekikaka Cider Koutoku / Cidre
Looking at the lineup, it offers a wide range of drinking styles, with strongly hopped DIPAs and Hazy IPAs alongside Belgian Blonde, Light Lager, Kölsch, and cider. While IPA is the main focus, it also gives you the pleasure of switching over to a lager or Kölsch partway through.
