Eight Peaks Brewing rolls out two restaurant-exclusive beers for dining and lodging venues
Eight Peaks Brewing, based in Chino City, Nagano Prefecture, has released two new products for restaurants at dining and lodging facilities. Redesigned from existing recipes, the two limited beers will be rolled out in sequence with food pairing in mind.
Nagano-based Eight Peaks Brewing, headquartered in Chino City, has announced new products that can be enjoyed exclusively at restaurants in dining establishments and lodging facilities. These are special beers that cannot be found in shops or souvenir sections, and are meant to be encountered only when eating out.
The two beers introduced this time are YaiYai Classic Ale and Meta Country Ale. Both are based on existing recipes but have been redesigned with food compatibility in mind.
- YaiYai Classic Ale
Reworked from YaiYai Pale Ale into a beer with elegant hop aroma and a mellow flavor. Brewed with the soft water of the Yatsugatake mountains, it is characterized by a refined taste profile and is intended for pairing with meat dishes.
- Meta Country Ale
Reworked from Meta Wheat Ale into a brisk beer that lets you enjoy herbal and fruity notes. It pairs well with dishes featuring chicken, fish, and aromatic vegetables, and has a refreshing finish that keeps meals moving smoothly. It also uses some locally produced rice.
Eight Peaks Brewing has long emphasized the idea of enjoying beer together with food, and these two new releases clearly reflect that direction. They will be rolled out sequentially in Nagano Prefecture and the Hokuto area of Yamanashi Prefecture, making them the kind of limited-edition beers you will want to try if you spot them while traveling or dining out.
