Sunny Day Dumpling, a beer pub in Osaka’s Kawaramachi area, announced on Instagram on Aug. 22 that it has started serving a new limited gyoza: a bouillabaisse-style dumpling. The filling uses shrimp, squid, scallops, and white fish, and it comes with house-made tomato sauce. The shop says it opens from 5 p.m., and the item is available in limited quantities.

The venue is known for pairing Japanese craft beer with Utsunomiya Harenohi gyoza, and this post also shared an eight-beer draft lineup. The beers listed were:

- Ushitora Brewery `Shibuya de Paradise`
- Minoh Beer `Plum Gose`
- Hansharo Beer `English Gold Summer`
- Hansharo Beer `Freshly Harvested Green Tea Ale`
- Minoh Beer `Compass`
- NOMCRAFT `Human's Drink`
- NOMCRAFT `Octopus King`
- Minoh Beer `Vittnut IPA`

The selection spans sour, tea-accented, and hop-forward styles, making it easy to match drinks with the limited gyoza. Located at 2-6-16 Kawaramachi in Osaka’s Chuo Ward, the pub is also a practical stop for after-work drinks. The post noted closures on Aug. 23 and Aug. 30.
