Yokohama's Sakuragicho beer pub, BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican (1-16-1 Hanasaki-cho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa), has published its business notice and tap list for April 30. Business hours are 16:00 to 23:30.

There are two new beers on tap today.

- Shirakami Natural Yeast Beer / Hikaribi Brewing
Style: Natural Yeast Beer, ABV 5.5%. This beer was jointly developed with Hirosaki University using natural yeast collected from the Shirakami Mountains, a World Natural Heritage site. It features restrained malt-derived body and sweetness, with aromas reminiscent of peach, white wine, and lychee layered over a slightly acidic finish.
- Loopphobia / Totopia Brewery
Style: DDH Hazy TIPA, ABV 9.0%. Made with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Superdelic, and Strata CGX. German base malt is used, resulting in a soft mouthfeel and a profile that aims for the dank character typical of Strata.

The existing taps include Ein Bier / YOKOHAMA BEER, Neonphobia / Totopia Brewery, old rookie3 / NAMI NO OTO BREWING, CHERRY BOY / Outsider Brewing, Moon Calendar / NOMCRAFT BREWING, and FUNMER / Primary Barrels. The lineup ranges from hazy IPAs and DDH styles to easy-drinking pours, offering a broad selection.

The food menu leans heavily Mexican, with tacos in jerk chicken, juicy chicken, carnitas, shrimp, vegetable, and chorizo varieties, plus guacamole, house-made tortillas, jalape\u00f1o poppers, and bamboo shoot and chorizo quesadilla. It looks like an easy place to spend the day, centered on craft beer but enjoyable as a full meal too.
