Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Honkomagome, Bunkyo, has posted its June 4 (Thu) service info and tap list. The bar is open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and is closed on Wednesdays. For this update, the venue is introducing a new beer on tap: "Ryūsōsō #2".

The featured new beer

"Ryūsōsō #2" is an Italian Pilsner at 5.5% ABV and 39.6 IBU. The brewery says it uses only German hop varieties on both the hot side and the dry-hop side, specifically Mandarina Bavaria and Titan. According to the post, the beer aims for a light body, a subtle herbal edge, and a clean, green bitterness that rounds out the finish.

The tap list

Nine named beers are listed across the 10 tap slots. The selection covers a wide range of styles, from Belgian-inspired beers to IPA, sour, bitter, hazy, and stout.

- `Sauvin Belgo` / American Belgo Style Ale, 6%
- `ぺーぺーぺー` / Norwegian Pale Ale, 5.5%
- `晴天雷鳴 #2` / West coast IPA, 7.5%
- `Ryūsōsō #2` / Italian Pilsner, 5.5%
- `Yunosu Saison` / Yuzu Sour Saison, 6%
- `駒込Brown` / Brown Saison, 6%
- `駒込Best Bitter` / English Best Bitter, 4.5%
- `EL BAMP HAZY` / Hazy IPA, 7%
- `黒鳶 #4` / Belgian Stout, 7%

As a brewpub-style stand, the shop is centered on its own beer. Regular-service food is kept minimal, with snacks such as Kaki-Pi and dagashi. That makes it an easy place to focus on the beer itself and take time with a few pours.

Pop-ups ahead

The post also previews several taproom pop-ups starting June 6. Planned items include a European-style beef curry snack version, lampredotto, a talk event, hot dogs, an o-konomiyaki stall inspired by Innoshima, and seasonal tapas. The schedule suggests the taproom will keep pairing beer with changing food offerings through the rest of the month.
