On June 1, u.b.p_brewery taproom is featuring 7 draft beers and 6 canned beers. Although the rainy season means indoor service takes center stage, the range of beers is actually more substantial, with a lineup that makes you want to take your time comparing everything from crisp lagers to aromatic IPAs and stouts suited for finishing the session.

Draft Lineup

- `Kickoff Pils` is a pilsner whose hallmarks are the elegant aroma of noble hops, malt character, and a well-balanced hop bitterness.
- `LaLa Kolsch` is a Kölsch with the refreshing tartness derived from wheat malt and a clean, easy-drinking finish.
- `UNDERLAP Pilsner` is the new pilsner added to the lineup for the day.
- `あさかのきさきエール` is an ale that emphasizes a mandarin orange impression.
- `OWN GOAL IPA` is a drinkable IPA with enough body to absorb its bitterness.
- `KEYAKI FORWARD` is a Hazy IPA brewed for the Keyaki Beer Festival.
- `La bomba` is an imperial stout layered with maple sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon over a deep malt character.

Canned Beer Selection Also Strong

For take-home cans, `Step Over`, `YUZU RISING`, `La bomba`, `あさかのきさきエール`, `OWN GOAL IPA`, and `UNDERLAP Pilsner` are on sale. `Step Over` is a West Coast IPA built around Citra, while `YUZU RISING` is a yuzu saison made with Katsuragi yuzu from Moroyama, Saitama, offering a different way to enjoy the beer from the draft selections.

The venue is a brewpub attached to the brewery, and its casual appeal also includes self-service water and no cover charge. In June, there are closure days not only on Tuesdays but also on Wednesdays, so it is a good idea to check the business days before visiting. With an appearance scheduled for Saturday, June 6 at the front of Urawa-Misono Station, and additional event appearances planned throughout the month, the brewery is also showing its presence beyond its Urawa base.
