A new "big dreams" was unveiled in an Instagram post from Open Air Minatoyama Brewery. The style is Session IPA. The specs are ABV 4.5% / IBU 38, and the hops used are Nectaron / Citra / Riwaka. In the post, it is described as having a flavor where tropical aromas reminiscent of stone fruit and citrus are layered with a subtle grassy note.

Even with a low-alcohol design that makes it easy to keep drinking, the beer's core appeal is that you can still clearly feel the outline of the hops. For food pairings, herb-seasoned grilled chicken, fish and chips, and salads with citrus-based dressing are suggested, making it a beer that should fit easily into spring and summer meals.

On the sales side, the announcement said that the official open air online shop and the trade-account shop have started handling both kegs and cans. The brewery is set up to move both for home use and for restaurant introduction at the same time.

According to the official website, Open Air Minatoyama Brewery started in April 2022 by repurposing a former elementary school lunchroom in Kobe. Its base is in the mixed-use facility "NATURE STUDIO" on the former Minatoyama Elementary School site, and it develops a wide range of beers, from standard IPAs to seasonal offerings, while making use of local water and agricultural products. This new "big dreams" can also be seen as a product that embodies the brewery's balance of "everyday drinkability" and "new flavor design."
