Hannaten Brewing Shukujitsu Bakushu, a brewery operating in Hanaten, Tsurumi Ward, Osaka, will hold a collaboration event with Lailak Cafe & Bar called Mugi to Sara on Monday, September 7. The venue is Lailak Cafe & Bar, and the event runs from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is being positioned as a food-focused evening built around beer and dish pairings.

The center of the program is a set pairing three Shukujitsu Bakushu craft beers with three dishes recommended by Lailak. By tasting beer and food together, guests can experience how aroma, sweetness, and bitterness change depending on the combination. Rather than a simple tasting flight, the event is designed to highlight how food pairing can reshape the flavor of each beer.

Single orders will also be available on the day. Both beer and food start at 500 yen, making the event accessible even for people who are not deeply familiar with craft beer. The collaboration began after both venues appeared together at Ugou-sai, and it grows out of that local connection.
