Tap List for April 19

At BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican, located in Hanasakicho, Naka Ward, Yokohama, just a short walk from Sakuragicho Station, the tap list for Sunday, April 19, has been announced. Hours for the day are 15:00 to 23:00. In line with Sunday service that makes it easy to stop by for daytime drinking, the lineup is lively, with three new taps opened.

The standout is Whey Sour Ale Strawberry / Sankt Gallenbrewery. This sour ale uses whey, a byproduct of cheese production, along with plenty of strawberries, creating a beer where fruity tartness and sweetness overlap. It is presented as a good first drink if you want to start lightly, and its appearance is distinctly springlike as well.

Next is CHERRY BOY / Outsider Brewing, a golden ale made with cherry leaves. It is described as having a gentle aroma and soft mouthfeel, with nuances reminiscent of sakura mochi. It seems like a good fit for anyone who wants to slowly enjoy a seasonal flavor.

Also new is FUNMER / Primary Barrels, a local hop saison brewed with fresh hops. Built around the citrus notes of Cascade and Centennial, it adds the crisp finish typical of a saison, making it a good choice for the transition to a second or third beer.

The full tap list includes eight taps: Raven / FLORA FERMENTATION, Motto Neltorasan / Neko Beer, Biasphobia / Totopia Brewery, SAP / Bibai Shirakaba Brewery, and Gothweiser / DevilCraft Brewery. True to the shop's style of combining craft beer with Mexican food, the lineup is easy to enjoy alongside tacos as you keep drinking.

For anyone in the Sakuragicho and Noge area looking to drink craft beer properly from early in the day, this is a lineup worth checking out.
