Tap Update for March 23, 2026

At TAP & TUMBLER, a craft beer pour-by-the-ounce pub near Ebisu Station, four new beers were added to the tap list. The post noted that "another keg kicked yesterday, and we opened four new ones," suggesting a fast turnover and an emphasis on freshness.

The highlight this time is the range of styles assembled at once, from a saison with a clear citrus character to a crisp Cold IPA.

- YUZU RISING / U.B.P Brewery (Yuzu Saison・4.0%)
- selu / Flora Fermentation (Maize Lager・5.0%)
- Fruity Pale Ale / Obina Brewing (Pale Ale・6.0%)
- Iris / VERTERE (Cold IPA・6.5%)

If you want to start with the lower ABV beers, Yuzu Saison and Maize Lager make an easy, light opening, followed by the Pale Ale, and then the Cold IPA to finish. It is a lineup well suited to spring temperatures, letting you compare aromas and crispness as you go.

The shop is located at 1F Ebisu MF Building, 4-6-1 Ebisu, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. With the flexibility that comes from pour-by-the-ounce service, it is a place that beer fans who want to enjoy several beers in small amounts will appreciate. In the day’s post, the staff also mentioned making lemon syrup, so the mood suggested a relaxed but deep night out in Ebisu that includes drinks beyond beer as well.
