Three new draft craft beers have been tapped at Bar FUKURO, a beer pub in Kamata, Tokyo. The lineup features labels from Flora Fermentation, Nara Brewing, and West Coast Brewing, offering a broad range of expressions from a classic lager to a Hazy IPA.
A new set of tap beers has been added at Bar FUKURO, the beer pub in Kamata, Ota City, Tokyo. This time's lineup consists of three beers: Flora Fermentation's Flora Lager, Nara Brewing's Spiral, and West Coast Brewing's Summer Breeze. Each comes from a brewer with a distinct style, making it easy to choose one that fits the mood.
Flora Lager is a premium lager characterized by the rich flavor of carefully selected malt and a bright hop aroma. Its clean, crisp taste makes it the kind of beer you'd want to start with as your first pour. Spiral layers ripe melon, tropical fruit, and citrus notes with the spicy character and dry finish derived from saison yeast. Summer Breeze is a DDH Hazy IPA that combines grapefruit- and lemon-like citrus aromas with the sweetness and grassy character of stone fruit, offering both drinkability and a full, layered aroma.
Bar FUKURO is known as a beer pub where people can casually enjoy craft beer in Kamata, and each time the draft lineup changes, the atmosphere inside shifts a little as well. It's an easy place to stop in for a single drink after work or to visit with friends for a tasting comparison.
As for hours, the bar will be open on April 29 from 16:00 to 23:00. In May, it is scheduled to be closed on Mondays, plus the 7th and 12th, while Golden Week hours have been announced as 16:00 to 23:00 on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th, and 12:00 to 21:00 on the 6th.
In addition, a Kamado Brewery Tap Takeover!! is scheduled for May 22 and 23. With draft-only pours, there should be some fun in visiting to chase a tap lineup that's a little different from usual.
