Beer Pub Ishii in Sendagi will hold its in-house event "Izakaya AYAYA" on August 10 and 11. The post highlights misuji roast beef and a lineup built around craft beer and food.

One of the bar's signatures is its four-tap format: three rotating taps plus one regular line. As each keg runs out, the next beer moves in. It is an easygoing setup, but it keeps the experience fresh from glass to glass.

The initial lineup announced for the event is:

- Brown Ale from North Island
- WIND from Brasserie Knot
- Pale Ale from Shiga Kogen Beer
- Akaki wa Sake no Toga from Hoppukotan Brewing

All four look well suited to roast beef, with a balanced profile that should pair comfortably with the meat. The brown ale brings roasted malt character, the pale ale offers an easy-drinking balance, and the more distinctive beer adds another layer to the plate.

Waiting in reserve are Meow from Let's Beer Works, Shonan Gold from Sankt Gallen, KASUMI from Shiga Kogen Beer, and AWA from Brasserie Knot. The range runs from citrus-forward to hazy-leaning styles, giving the tap changes a clear sense of progression.

Set on Yomise-dori in Sendagi, Beer Pub Ishii remains a relaxed place to eat and drink without fuss. The shop is located at 3-45-8 Sendagi, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.
