Chiitoko Shouten in Shimosuwa pours four draft beers on Aug. 10
Chiitoko Shouten, a beer pub in Shimosuwa, Nagano, announced shorter hours on Aug. 10 (10:00-17:00) and a four-beer draft lineup featuring Minoh Beer, Onidensetsu Beer, Miyazaki Hideji Beer, and Baird Brewing.
Aug. 10 draft lineup
Chiitoko Shouten, a beer pub in Mitamachi, Shimosuwa, shared its business hours and tap list for Aug. 10. The shop will open from 10:00 to 17:00 on that day, then return to regular hours from 10:00 on the holiday Aug. 11.
Four draft beers were listed: `Pilsner` from Minoh Beer at 5.0%, `Kongi Pale Ale ~Citra ver.~` from Onidensetsu Beer at 5.5%, `Kyushu CRAFT Hyuganatsu` from Miyazaki Hideji Beer at 5.0%, and `Hop Havoc Imperial Pale Ale` from Baird Brewing at 6.5%.
A lineup with clear range
The selection moves from a crisp pilsner to a Citra-driven pale ale, a fruit lager made with hyuganatsu citrus, and a fuller-bodied imperial pale ale. It gives regulars and first-time visitors distinct choices, whether they want a light first pour or something with more weight.
That range fits the shop itself. Chiitoko Shouten combines dagashi, beer, and coffee, and the post also points to baked sweets served alongside drinks. Items such as sausage rolls, banana bread, whole-wheat scones, and chilled chocolate brownies make it an easy stop for a beer break or a casual pause in Shimosuwa.
For draft-beer hunters in the area, this is the kind of place where the tap list matters first and the snacks make the stop easier to linger over.
