Oryzae in Kinshicho adds VERTERE and Repubrew cans
Oryzae in Kinshicho posted an update on August 4 about its latest craft beer arrivals. Draft beer is temporarily paused after kitchen equipment changes, but canned beer remains available, with new stock from Repubrew in Numazu and VERTERE in Okutama.
On August 4, `Oryzae` in Kinshicho shared a fresh beer update. The post says draft beer has been paused for now because of space and workflow changes tied to the installation of a dishwasher, while the restaurant keeps its focus on sake and wine and continues to offer craft beer alongside them.
This round brings in four beers from `Repubrew` in Numazu and five from `VERTERE` in Okutama. In the photo, VERTERE’s white-label cans show names that can be read as `Sole`, `CIUHE`, `West Coast IPA`-type text, and `Pione`, while the can on the right is `Repubrew`’s `COASTAL CRUSH HAZY IPA`. Repubrew’s beer is a 6.5% hazy IPA brewed with Citra, Krush, Galaxy, and Vic Secret, designed for a tropical aroma and a dry finish.
VERTERE is being served in 350ml cans, which makes the lineup easier to try than the larger format some drinkers may have passed on before. For a restaurant known for fermentation-driven food, sake, and natural wine, the craft beer shelf now looks like a practical and drinkable complement rather than a side note.
