Ichimaruyon Brewery in Toki City, Gifu Prefecture, has announced "RED PERIOD" as its new No. 10 release. The style is Irish-Style Red Ale, with an alcohol content of 5.0% and bitterness of IBU 20. In the post, it is described as a balance-focused red ale where malt sweetness and a light roasted note come together.

The features highlighted include a subtle caramel richness and a gentle bitterness that lingers through the finish. Rather than pushing bold hop aroma to the front, the brewery says it shaped this beer into a "red" that you want to sip slowly. In both color and flavor, it should let drinkers enjoy what makes a red beer feel like a red beer.

Sales will begin with Golden Week business days. The post also noted that, due to event-related circumstances, the brewery will be open only on May 2 and 3. Anyone planning a visit or purchase should check the operating schedule in advance.
