Hobo Beer Store to Pour Three Fukuoka Beers at Common in Roppongi
Fukuoka beer pub Hobo Beer Store will join the one-day “Dear You Market” at Common in Roppongi, Tokyo. The pop-up will feature Hobo Brewing’s first core beer alongside two beers rooted in the streets and culture of Fukuoka.
A taste of Fukuoka in Roppongi
Hobo Beer Store, a beer pub based in Kego, Fukuoka, will appear at the special market event “Dear You Market” at Common in Roppongi. This will be the second time Hobo Beer Store has poured at Common, bringing the atmosphere of its Fukuoka taproom to the venue’s counter.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, from 12:00 to 23:00 at Common, 4-8-5 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Artists and shops from Tokyo, Yamanashi, Fukuoka, and Okinawa will gather for a single-day market, with food, drinks, and DJ performances also planned. Food and drinks will be available while supplies last.
Three beers on the list
The beer lineup includes “Lager Means I Love You,” Hobo Brewing’s first core beer. Its appearance offers visitors a chance to discover the brewery’s everyday drinking beer while enjoying the relaxed setting of Common.
“KEGO WyWy BEER,” a beer named for the Kego neighborhood in Fukuoka, will also be served. Completing the lineup is “Krapow Brew,” an original beer created for yohk_fuk, a new spot in Fukuoka.
The post does not specify the individual beer styles, prices, or serving volumes, so guests should check the event-day information for details. Since the food and drink offerings may sell out, arriving earlier may be worthwhile for anyone hoping to try all three beers.
For regulars of Hobo Beer Store, the event is an opportunity to experience the pub’s connection to Kego in a new setting. For Tokyo beer fans, it is a chance to explore three Fukuoka-linked beers alongside art, food, and music.
