Sakaduki Brewing, based in Adachi, Tokyo, will hold a 3rd-anniversary event for its sister venue, Sakaduki Lab, from July 15 through July 19. Sakaduki Lab was originally the brewery's first location and was relaunched on July 14, 2023, giving the East Kitasenju side of the business a separate identity and a different way to enjoy the brand.
For the anniversary week, Lab will pour a special commemorative beer supervised by Lab manager Koba-san. It will be served in three ways: regular service, nitro service, and still service. That makes it possible to compare how the same beer changes with different dispensing methods.
The brewery also plans special menu items themed around the number 3, along with a raffle that will feature past logo goods. The anniversary beer is described as a more straightforward beer intended to highlight the core flavor of beer itself, which should appeal to people who prefer a more focused drinking experience with food.
In addition, Sakaduki Lab is running a seasonal rainy-day campaign during the period between the start and end of the rainy season. Guests who visit on a rainy day receive a soup service, and collecting stamps can lead to free beer. It is a simple but distinctive promotion that fits the venue's style.
At the main Sakaduki Brewing location, the day's tap list is also being updated regularly, including the flagship `shy girl` and a range of characterful beers. Together with the anniversary program at Lab, it should be an interesting week for craft beer fans in Kitasenju who want to take their time exploring different pours and styles.
