Hop BroAnd the signature item is Kagoshima-grown mature chicken thigh sashimi. The firm bite unique to mature chicken and the deep umami that comes out as you chew are exactly the kind that call for beer.
MugiMature chicken? What is that? What’s different from regular chicken? That strong bite really makes such a difference!
Hop BroBecause it’s a bird that’s grown older than a young chicken, the meat has a firmer texture. They also serve Awaodori chicken and Ayadori here, and because each item is grilled one by one over charcoal, it also picks up a nice smoky aroma.
MugiWow, just the smell of the yakitori makes me want a drink! And if they even have rice dishes, it’s awesome that you can use it as a full meal too.
Hop BroThe beer side is interesting too, and I’m happy they offer a 5-beer tasting set. It covers a wide range, from Shinmachi River Pale Ale, Indigo Ale, Mango White, Sudachi Honey, Salt Caramel Ale US, all the way to Crazy Stout.

According to official information, it serves Awaodori chicken, Ayadori, and mature chicken from Kagoshima Prefecture, grilling each item individually over charcoal.
