Fukuoka Craft Brewing Prepares Premium Cherry Blossom Area in Okagaki
Fukuoka Craft Brewing announced a special "cherry blossom premium area" using a camper van for the "Horoyoi Festival 2026" to be held in Okagaki Town on April 4 and 5. For 20,000 yen per area, guests get a four-hour private reservation, plus food and drink tickets and an original glass.
Based in Okagaki Town, Onga District, Fukuoka Prefecture, Fukuoka Craft Brewing brews beer using the town's underground hard water and also operates the adjacent taproom "BEER & COFFEE." What it announced on Instagram this time is a special stay plan tied to the spring event.
Special Area for Cherry Blossom Viewing
The post introduced an "o-hanami premium area" made possible through special sponsorship by Natsusan. The plan lets guests privately reserve one camper van area for four hours and can be used by up to six people. The fee is 20,000 yen per area, tax included.
The set includes food and drink tickets worth more than 10,000 yen, plus an original glass. The post specifically says it includes one bottle of sake, one bottle of wine, and three bottles of beer, along with 3,000 yen worth of food tickets. If six people use it, the cost comes out to 3,333 yen per person.
Easy-to-Understand Use Is the Key Feature
The advantage of this area is that it is not just a place to sit, but a base where you can also store your belongings. The post emphasizes that you do not need to rush to claim seats and can relax comfortably, making it a good fit for visitors who want to enjoy drinks and meals under the cherry blossoms. It is also presented as easy to use for families with children or babies, as well as for spring break outings.
Event Information
The event is called "Horoyoi Festival 2026." It will be held on Saturday, April 4 and Sunday, April 5, from 11:00 to 20:00. Because this is a special sponsorship project, the number of units is limited and sales will end once they are gone.
It is interesting that this Okagaki Town brewery is proposing not only its own beer, but also the way people spend time at the venue itself. The idea of organizing a drinking spot not as a "seat" but as a "base" seems like an effort that broadens how craft beer events can be enjoyed.
