April 27 Draft Lineup
At Beer House Hobbit, a domestic craft beer specialty shop in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture, the draft beer lineup for April 27 was announced. In the post, Ise Kadoya Beer’s “Nikukyu IPA” was introduced as the day’s newly tapped keg. The shop describes it as a dry, crisp West Coast IPA that also works well as the first drink after work.
The lineup for the day is as follows.
- North Island Brewery “Weizen”
- Ise Kadoya Beer “Memory Bouquet”
- Shima Brewing “Shiranuhi Ale”
- Daisen G Beer “Imperial Stout 2025”
- Ise Kadoya Beer “Nikukyu IPA”
- Hirakata Beer “Session Citra White”
“Nikukyu IPA” is a West Coast IPA brewed to commemorate the company’s 29th anniversary. The post highlights its strong carbonation, crisp finish, and balance of citrus, piney notes, and tropical aromas. It is also described as a beer designed to pair well with meat dishes, making it an easy choice both on its own and with food.
Beer House Hobbit is a beer pub within walking distance of Keihan Hirakatashi Station’s east exit, and its lineup is centered on domestic craft beer. In addition to draft beer, it also stocks bottles and cans, along with a substantial food menu that pairs well with beer. With beer karaage, original dishes, homemade pizza, and more, it is set up for relaxed drinking over a meal.
In this post as well, the tapped beers were suggested to pair well with meat dishes and fried foods such as grilled young chicken, Japanese beef rump steak, and tempura. As a place that works equally well for a quick drink or a full meal, it is one spot worth revisiting while following its changing daily draft lineup.
