Akita Aqula Beer will join the "East Japan Craft Beer Summer Festival" at the East Japan Regional Cooperation Center, Marumaru Higashi Nihon, in Omiya, Saitama, on Saturday, Aug. 1 and Sunday, Aug. 2, 2026. The venue is about a one-minute walk from Omiya Station's east exit. Hours are 12:00 to 20:00, with last orders at 19:30. Food and drinks inside the venue will be sold using event tickets priced at JPY 1,500 for a booklet of 16 JPY100 tickets.

Eleven breweries from across eastern Japan are scheduled to participate: ozigi brewing Hakodate Beer Brewery, Iwate Kura Beer, Dot Crimson Brewing, Akita Aqula Beer, Zao Brewery, Michinoku Fukushima Road Beer, 808 Brewery, Numata Beer, KOMATSU BREWING, Tenjin Brewery, and Hikawa Brewery. The lineup brings together breweries from Hokkaido, Tohoku, Hokuriku, Koshinetsu, and Saitama, making it a good chance to compare different regional styles side by side.

Akita Aqula Beer's planned offerings include two draft beers, "Akitakomachi IPL" and "Shiroboshi Ale." The booth is also expected to feature Akita-style snack items such as iburigakko pickles, iburigakko with mixed nuts, and fried wakasagi, giving visitors both beer and food options in one stop.

A free comedy live show by Omiya Seven is also scheduled for Day 2. With beer, food, and a lively program around the venue, the two-day event should be an easy one for beer fans to follow.
