At TAP&TUMBLER Ebisu, the craft-beer-by-weight bar two minutes from Ebisu Station, Minoh Beer’s Grapefruit Sour has been tapped. The Instagram post also shows UCHU BREWING’s strawberry-focused UCHU KAWAII Strawberry, giving the day a clear fruit-forward theme.

The bar runs a self-service format: guests receive a glass and POUR card, rinse the glass, unlock the tap, pour what they want, and settle up for exactly what they drank. Beer styles get different CO2 + N2 ratios, and the lineup changes daily with 15 taps plus more than 40 bottle selections.

Grapefruit Sour is listed as a Fruit Sour Ale at 4.5% ABV. It sits squarely in the bright, tangy lane beer fans often want when they are looking for something crisp and easy to keep drinking. Pair that with the strawberry beer and the contrast between citrus and berry becomes the main point of the visit.

There is no kitchen, but outside food is welcome. With counter seating, standing tables, and benches, the room works for a quick stop or a longer session alike.
