At the beer pub "...04&Beer" on Niigata's Nishibori-dori, the taps have been completely changed out.

On tap this time are four beers: Album, SNOW MONKEY IPA, Ruby, and MINOHBEER STOUT (Real Ale). Each has a clear personality, making this a lineup you'd want to compare one glass at a time.

Spotlight Beer

- Album / Yamorido (Kyoto) × HEIWA CRAFT (Wakayama) × Karuizawa Q (Nagano) × Swanlake Beer (Niigata)
- SNOW MONKEY IPA / Shiga Kogen Beer (Nagano)
- Ruby / Karuizawa Q (Nagano)
- MINOHBEER STOUT (Real Ale) / Minoh Beer

In the shop's post, SNOW MONKEY IPA was introduced as "a dry hazy IPA with a pleasant bitterness, like biting into grapefruit peel." It sounds like a beer that shows not only fruitiness, but also a clear outline of bitterness, making it an easy one for IPA fans to appreciate.

Ruby is a fruit ale made with raspberries and blueberries. Its beautiful red color stands out first, and the key is its crisp, easy-drinking feel that lets you sense the fruit aroma without lingering sweetness. Because it isn't too heavy, it's also a good fit for your first drink.

MINOHBEER STOUT is served as a Real Ale. The post also mentions it as "reliable," and it sounds like a dependable choice for days when you want to calmly enjoy a solid dark beer.

...04&Beer is a beer pub located at Nishibori-dori 8-bancho in Chuo Ward, Niigata City. In the Furumachi area, it's an easy stop to make in the middle of a walk. The post also says it's a "Sunday made for strolling," which gives a sense of enjoying beer pleasantly from the daytime. Since it opens at 1 p.m. on Sundays, it's worth keeping in mind as a lunchtime drinking option.
