Heading into the finale of the 4th-anniversary thank-you festival

At Beer Stand Kadoya in Miyakami, Yugawara Town, Ashigarashimo District, Kanagawa Prefecture, the 4th-anniversary thank-you festival is finally entering its final week. According to the shop's announcement, the period is being held as a "tap-over festival," with a rotating selection of draft beers each week. The lineup features BEERNIK Brewing, Ise Kadoya Beer, and HUMANS BEER.

A "local glass" to savor in Yugawara

Beer Stand Kadoya is a beer pub located at the foot of Ochiai Bridge, right where the promenade along the Chitose River begins. The second floor also houses the event space "Ochiai-za," so it is used not only as a place to drink, but also for exhibitions, screenings, live performances, and other events. Its appeal is that you can settle in and enjoy a drink while still feeling the atmosphere of a hot-spring town.

A wide range of beers to enjoy

In the shop's regular lineup, the standard draft selections include HUMANS BEER, Ise Kadoya Beer, and Kakitagawa Brewing. During events, weekly limited labels are added to that mix, which means every visit can bring a glass with a different expression. In addition to free snacks and chocolate as accompaniments, the shop also offers items such as deer jerky, wild boar sausage, roast beef, and roast pork.

A strong stop-off spot

It can be reached from Yugawara Station by bus and a walk, making it easy to drop in along with a stroll through the hot-spring district. While craft beer is the main attraction, the shop's appeal also lies in the riverside scenery, local ingredients, and use as an event space. At this 4th-anniversary milestone, it is the kind of place that makes you want to go and check out a truly Yugawara-style glass for yourself.
