Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand, a brewpub in Hon-Komagome, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, announced its July 28 service hours as 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The post frames the day as a normal weekday service and says the tap list is slightly reduced for now, with a recovery coming soon.

Today’s on Tap

- Sauvin Belgo / American Belgo Style Ale, 6%
- Ryusui Sosou #2 / Italian Pilsner, 5.5%
- Mashup IPA Ekuanot / Belgian IPA, 6.5%
- Rolling Lolly / American IPA, 7.5%
- Pineapple Gose / Gose Style with pineapple, 5%
- Komagome Best Bitter / English Best Bitter, 4.5%
- Kurotobi #4 / Belgian Stout, 7%

Three of the ten tap lines are currently empty, but the brewery says Session IPA and Hazy IPA are scheduled to be released in early August. The lineup already covers a wide range, from hop-driven Belgian-style beer and Italian pilsner to best bitter and Belgian stout, making it easy to choose between crisp, refreshing pours and fuller-bodied options.

The venue is a compact brewpub within walking distance of Komagome Station, with beer at the center of the experience. Food is kept simple, with snack-style items such as kakinotane and dagashi, so the focus stays on the glass. The post also notes that Sekiguchi, a former caregiver, is on pouring duty.

The same post mentions upcoming taproom events, including Potechi Dog on August 1 and a Komagome local-history talk on August 18. It is the kind of place where a beer-first evening can still feel relaxed and a little playful.
