At the beer pub TAP&TUMBLER in Ebisu, three new taps were announced on May 19. In the post, the staff in charge of the shop introduced the day’s taps, capturing the simple pleasure of choosing that first pint at the counter.

The newly connected beers are Good Hops / Tono Belgian IPA, West Coast Brewing / Hop-Rhythmic #3, and REVO Brewing / ONE. Their styles are Belgian IPA, Hazy IPA, and West Coast IPA, respectively, making it interesting to line up IPAs with very different directions, from bright aromatics to a fuller hop presence.

TAP&TUMBLER Ebisu is a craft beer specialty shop where beer is sold by weight, just a 2-minute walk from Ebisu Station. It uses a self-serve, pour-it-yourself style, and the beer can be enjoyed on-site or taken home. Inside, the foam is adjusted to suit each beer style, so you can enjoy not only the look of the glass but also the mouthfeel.

The shop also rotates taps quickly, and bottles are added every day. It does not serve food, but bringing your own food is allowed, so it is easy to use on days when you want to focus on drinking. Centered on these three new taps, it is a good place to taste different IPAs while following the day’s tap list.
