4 Monkish beers arrive at The Beer Shop Hirakata city, with a Nami no Oto feature on 4/25-26
Four additional Monkish beers from the U.S. have arrived at The Beer Shop Hirakata city, directly connected to Osaka's Hirakata-shi Station. The lineup centers on IPAs, ranging from Double IPA to Triple IPA, and a special Nami no Oto Brewing feature event is also planned for April 25-26.
The Beer Shop Hirakata city is a beer pub on the third floor of Hirakata Sunplaza Building No. 3, directly connected to Hirakata-shi Station. With a compact, counter-focused layout, it is known as an easy place to stop by after work. In this Instagram post, the shop announced additional stock from Monkish in the U.S. Together with the draft lineup inside the store, it is a setup that IPA fans will not want to miss.
This time, four Monkish beers are featured.
- Los Angeles Monkish Anaheim
A double dry-hopped Double IPA made with multiple hop varieties. The same beer may also come with different labels mixed in, and the shop notes that a gold-label version may be included.
- Heads Noa Tales
A Triple IPA made with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and other hops.
- Taste Buds
A Triple IPA built mainly around Citra, with Galaxy added as an accent.
- Joint Force Cobra
A double dry-hopped IPA made with Motueka, Citra, Simcoe, and other hops.
The post describes all of them as offering an "overwhelming aroma and flavor," and it reads as a lineup for people seeking strong hop aroma and a moderate bitterness. Alongside that, today's draft beers include Sapporo Black Label, Nice Bitter, Session Citra White, Teikoku IPA, and Shonan Gold, creating a selection that ranges from classics to distinctive styles.
In addition, the shop is planning a special Nami no Oto Brewing feature event for April 25-26. With Monkish now in stock, the beer options heading into the weekend are set to expand even further.
